My best-selling class when I operated as Le Petit Croissant was, hands down, my 4-hour "Learn To Make Croissants" class. Macarons was my second most popular. Come join like-minded students and make your own iconic French pastries that look just like the pictures!

My "Beyond The Croissant" Bakeshop began when I was a hungry teen with a sweet tooth. I soon got hooked on the challenge of French pastries, much to my father's delight. Now I offer French pastries plus American favorites too! Everything is scratch-made from premium ingredients. Look for me at local farmers' markets in Colorado Springs, or in my home, where I teach classes on everything from croissants to baking at high altitude.
It began with Croissants, which grew to 8 flavors of them! I operated as Le Petit Croissant from 2014-2022. Now I also offer a variety of French treats such as macarons, scones, madeleines, butterbraids, jelly-roll-type "roulades," petit fours, tarts, granola, cakes, and mini-cakes.
